PORK and PRISONS....

~ FIRST, PORK- U S. Senator Feingold (D-Wisc) has joined with the Rino U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) sponsoring a bill, not an amendment, to give the President a partial-veto in lining out "unwanted pork/earmarks" in Congressional legislation. The US Supreme Court found this idea unconstitutional (a rare use of the word by the SC) with the morphing of executive/legislative powers. Correct. So the new attempt calls for vetoed financial/state items in the national budget to return to the Congress to be acted upon (with specifications not usually given in the media) or not giving the appearance of Congressional sovereignty.

Well, remember the McCain-Feingold campaign reform folly?

A problem, the US Constitution is quite clear in changing its intent of legislation and the executive duties. Article V of the main body of the US Constitution explains how an amendment is made. The Feingold/Ryan attempt to limit needless spending is presented as a bill in violation of Article V which calls for an amendment in such a drastic lawmaking change.

More obvious is that Congress can refrain from wasteful spending by its own fiscal restraints and the federal government could revert back to Constitutional principles letting only Congress appropriate money for items under Art. 1,Sec. 8 and quit strewing money for state/city: roads, bridges, buses, pet state corporate projects, harbors, malls, and every peculiar possibility of spending the national treasury into national bankruptcy.

Methinks that PBA Feingold (D) sees a possibility of a Democrat presidential victory in 2008 and the military could be considered "wasteful spending" by either the awful possibility of an Obama or Hillary socialist victory. Of course, the dumb party, also constitutionally illiterate, has no idea they were duped again by the smart/socialist party. Remember the duping of GWB by the leading socialist T. Kennedy to both take credit for nationalized ed, NCLB? I do.

Wisconsin is replacing California and Texas as the state with the least constitutionally literate state/national elected officials. And, this leads on to the former Gov. Tommy Thompson (R-Bushite) and Prisons.

PRISONS- The egomaniac/presidential wannabe former Gov. of Wisconsin Tommy Thompson noted for implementing OBE/STW in Wisconsin and denying it and as HHS Secretary in DC wants ID chips in humans and more -as a candidate of "new ideas" implemented the controversial plan in Wisconsin of sending state prisoners out of state to be housed by privately managed prisons. Families of prisoners in Wisconsin protested that they would have to go hundreds of miles to see their unfortunate kin in faraway prisons. It was tauted as a cheaper solution for Wisconsin's growth industry, prisons.

Well, the much media-coverage of the prison riot near Indianapolis at New Castle , Indiana was quite interesting. As CNN covered the day-long story, and I watched, intently, much of the account as our son was just employed at a nearby prison in Indiana. Our son later called and reminded us he was not at the prison riot covered in the news. We were grateful. Now, CNN accidentally interviewed the Arizona sheriff( I don't have the name) that is notorious for non-coddling of prisoners in his state. Before he knew what type of prison was having the riot, he noted he would never permit a market-driven, for-profit prison under his command. Back, a large number of Arizona prisoners had been secretly by plane to this undisclosed prison in Indiana and were apparently protesting the inhuman transfer without notification to relatives and so forth. Does this sound familiar? Remember, the Wisconsin family protests, btw the not-so-cost-saving plan as well?

Then, during the day it was clear that the New Castle, Indiana prison was a private-chain prison set up.

So, my son , later in the day told us he had just visited the New Castle Prison before being hired in a state-owned facility and was shocked at the lax atmosphere, appearing unskilled guards, and all the conveniences of the prisoners. He, like myself, I believe, feel those in prison while strictly supervised for the protection of all, but they are still human and some will someday be back with us. (Our son should speak for himself on this in any more detail though). The point is, the former gov. of Wisconsin, T. Thompson, with his political gimmicks in his thousand points of talk, are to be examined. ~

1, SCHOOLBOARD CENSORSHIP- As those involved in the ed wars to regain excellence and local control of our/their schools , under God, know that local school boards have been maligned, often without their opposition , to fit the national agenda of subjection.Here in Kenosha, nearby Racine, Wisconsin, school board members are given training sessions as candidates before elections by local administration elites, coached as to how they show act, what to say, who they can or can not talk to, hold retreats for fed fads in faraway swanky resorts in private, limit the speaking time of the electorate extremely in some cases, and the admin putting in the fed fads and such bash the independent boards as micromanaging and so forth. I just put this forth as nearby Racine -RUSD- is trying to keep its school board members from talking publicly about their transformational/OBE supt. or issues in public. This censorship process is alive in Kenosha and most likely in your urban school. When dissent is censored and quiet on controversial school issues reign, think a moment, if you are getting the truth from the ed elite/teacher union/admin. implementers of NCLB and its ongoing process.

2. ISLAMIC GLOBAL TERRORISTS- Obviously seek a Democrat victory in 2008 as they see the Democrat Party in the US as their ally in the defeat of our own country. Harsh words, but the actions of the Appeasement Party (D) are very clear. They have offered no plan for victory, none.

3. ABORTION- The city legislature of Mexico City apparently has voted for abortions there. The Catholic church has called excommunication for politicians that put government above God . Well, do it. In the US any elected politician supporting abortion should be excused from attending their local church: Protestant or Catholic. Just do it.

4. CHANGE PARTY SYMBOLS- It is past time to change the political party national symbols as they are meaningless today. The Elephant (R) might be replaced with ________________(your suggestion) and the Donkey (D) might be replaced with _______________(your suggestion)

5. US SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS (Socialist-Vermont) votes with the Democrat Party. Does that tell you something?

6. HATE CRIMES BILL-HR-1592- now being debated in Congress-in reading it completely will make it a crime for a citizen to uphold the concepts of the God-given Ten Commandments which gives a list of sins to be avoided here on Earth. As you may not know, a true Moslem takes the words of the Koran seriously in daily living, while many CINO (Christians in Name Only) are afraid to live daily, openly, by God's laws. So, this is a set up to label/punish real Christians in our own land founded upon the Christian faith. Non-Christians or CINOs will suffer no consequences in their faithless Christianity and will support this bill by their silence. Resist-HR-1592, now.

7. MONEY vs PRINCIPLE- Republicans and third parties will have to work hard to get their Republic back as Hillary/Soros/Hollywood/super special interest groups, foreign money, illegal votes and more have oodles of money for lying propaganda to achieve their dream - POWER: America needs a real candidate that is interested in our safety and freedoms, under God i.e. principled-and must actually WORK/SACRIFICE/EDUCATE AND VOTE in 2008 for Congress and a President to prevent the rise of "red/white/blue " socialism that abounds.
